HMG's advanced knowledge of networking in SBS (Microsoft Windows Small Business Server) for up to 75 users and Microsoft Windows Servers together with the high level of expertise gathered from numerous installations mean that your network will be properly configured.
Typical Installation Process:
- HMG will discuss your requirements, conduct a site survey/questionnaire and produce recommendations for installation.
- Upon agreement, HMG will arrange the purchase of equipment and software and liase with you about installation date.
- HMG can configure a Broadband (ADSL or Leased Line), ISDN, or analogue connection for Internet access, e-mail, remote access and VPN services. Telecoms services will be provided by BT or your chosen telecoms provider - HMG will advise on the solution that meets your needs.
- To reduce downtime or disruption at your offices, the server will be partially pre-configured off-site. HMG will deliver the server and other network components, and complete the installation of the server and client PCs on-site.
HMG will provide a support contract offering onsite, remote access, e-mail and telephone support options.
HMG will train selected members of staff to provide general SBS maintenance and troubleshoot common problems thus reducing your support requirements. Training will also be provided to network users giving them relevant information to get the best out of your new network.
